Mother's Day

We finally made it to our house in Pensacola late Saturday on May 9. We were so happy to finally be home!  The next day was Mother's Day, and we were so happy to be able to join Michael's family for breakfast at Village Inn. The cousins were all so excited to be around each other! It made breakfast a little hectic, but we all enjoyed it. I took a lot of pictures of them sitting on this bench, but there were so many cute ones, so here they are!

We spent the afternoon unpacking and hanging out with my mom, but took a break in the afternoon to meet Julie, Andrew, Lily and Laurel at the splash pad on Palafox. Paul fell asleep on the way there!

It had been such a busy few weeks! He was really feeling it.

They are pretty far back, but check out that sweet hug! We have to be careful when they hug though, because they tend to get so enthusiastic about it that they fall over.

After the splash park, we picked my mom up and brought her back to our house for dinner. It wasn't anything fancy, or even home cooked, but it was nice to celebrate Mother's Day together and to just enjoy being around each other. We are loving being back at home!
