We decided to check out the Children's Musuem which is only about 5 minutes from our house. It was so fun that we got a membership so we could enjoy it for the rest of the summer.
Paul figured out how to help himself to the Legos by pushing a stool up to the bucket. If I sit back enough Paul tends to figure things out for himself. I love watching him work through new problems!
His favorite part is the toddler area because they have a train table! He had so much fun there and I got to sit back and read while he played.
They also have a mini grocery store! Paul loved pushing the cart around and picking out his groceries.
The store was complete with a checkout area and cashier who even printed a real itemized receipt.
An older boy helped him out a little this time.
This is the FedEx plane with a loading area. You can see Paul preparing to throw a package to a kid on the left, who will place the package on a conveyor belt to be taken into the plane. Paul has a very good arm and can throw very well. We hear a lot of people saying how impressed they are with his throw.
Flying the plane.
Fishing!
Krystal invited us over to play in the backyard one day. She has a great backyard and had a wonderful set up with a little pool, sprinkler and play area.
It was perfect!
Paul just had to run and jump into the pool. Over and over and over again.
Brock decided to join him!
After picking Michael up from school that afternoon, we went to Chick-Fil-A for dinner. We ate, let Paul play in the play area for an hour, and then got ice cream cones.
